Submitting a Proposal

Student organizations and University offices are able to submit applications for consideration annually.

Student Organization Proposals

Student organizations are funded through the University Park Allocation Committee (UPAC), which receives its annual allocation from the Student Fee Board.

Visit the UPAC website for information about how recognized student organizations may receive funding.

University Office Proposals

University offices currently funded by the Student Fee should receive instructions on how to submit a proposal for the next fiscal year directly.

Offices not currently funded by the Student Fee and are interested in submitting a proposal can do so using the New Allocation instructions below.

New Funding Proposals (FY 25-26)

Submit your FY 25-26 New Funding Proposal Request form to the Student Fee Board Chair to studentfeepsu@gmail.com). New Funding Proposal Requests are due no later than March 8, 2024 at 4:59 p.m. EST.

If your application is accepted you will receive further instructions directly from the Student Fee Board Chair.

Any questions about bringing a proposal to the Student Fee Board should be directed toward the Student Fee Board Chair at studentfeepsu@gmail.com.

New Infrastructure and Facilities Proposals (FY 25-26)

Standing Funding Appropriations

Instructions

Units that are funded annually after approved funding from the UPFB are considered standing funding appropriations.

Budget submissions for standing funding appropriations for FY 25-26 are due no later than March 8, 2024 at 4:59 p.m. EST.
